Plot:
The story unfolds during a citywide blackout in Pune, India. Lenny, a crime reporter who is in a bit of a state of desperation, spots an abandoned truck filled with stolen cash and gold. Unable to resist temptation, he pockets some of the loot. Unfortunately, this “good luck” leads him into a dangerous situation. The stolen goods belong to a powerful gangster, and Lenny becomes entangled in a web of danger and chaos. Blackout (2024) follows Lenny’s frantic attempt to escape and avoid the consequences of his actions, including a healthy dose of humor.
